Honey Baked Chicken II
MOUTH WATERING RECIPE! My husband took his first bite of this chicken (free range) and said "oh my God" this is delicious! It was so good, I was thinking of making it two nights in a row. It's a keeper. P.S. I only used 3 chicken breasts, so I cut the butter amount in half and added a little more curry. YUM

Spiced Pears and Pomegranate
I give this delicious recipe 5 stars! I also added some honey mixed with Greek yogurt, instead of whipped cream. Love the crunch of the pomegranate seeds. Pomegranates are pretty easy to seed too, so the only time you really put into this recipe is waiting until the hour is up so you can eat it.

Mock Tuna Salad
I made this recipe and stuffed it into pita pockets lined with green leaf lettuce and topped the "mock tuna" or garbonzo bean salad with tzatziki. It was delicious and moistened it up nicely and the garlic made it even better!
