Green Chili Burritos
I made this tonight. This recipe makes a thin gruel of pork chili. Totally insufficient in substance for a burrito filling. The flavor is OK IF you add some serrano chilis for spice and use pablano chilis instead of green pepper. Then double the cumin and add some ground coriander. The real problem is the consistency of this. At best it is a thin pork chili with way way too much corn starch. There's no way this is a tortilla filling. This is thin gruel. My wife gave up on trying get the solids with a slotted spoon and just ate it in a bowl like chili. Forget the taco.
