Pumpkin Cookies V
These cookies are INCREDIBLE! So soft and fluffy, and the icing is such a nice sweet touch. I took another reviewer's suggestion and added an extra cup of confectioner's sugar to the icing, and I also had to bake the cookies for 20 minutes instead of 10. One helpful tip is that 8 tablespoons = 1/2 cup, for the milk in the icing. Makes measuring a little easier! :) Thanks Peggy Ackerman for a great recipe!
