Perch Fillets
This recipe made the fish extra crispy - just the way I like it! I added more seasoning than what it called for, and it turned out excellent!

Grandmother's Pork Chop Dinner
I was looking for a different way to make ordinary pork chops - and it definitely won my husbands approval. I added more seasoning to it, as we like our things really seasoned, so added garlic pepper & Natures Seasoning. The pork chops were cooked perfectly too.
