Clam Sauce with Linguine
vv tasty, vv easy. hardest part was chopping the mushrooms--and how hard is that? :-) we added extra garlic (we like it garlicky), cut back a bit on the butter and the "juice", and added a pinch of thyme, and it turned out wonderfully. served over whole wheat pasta, it was a nice change from the usual chicken and tomato sauce fare. we will be adding this to our "favorites" rotation! thank you for the recipe!

Classic Tiramisu
heavenly. made it for a family reunion--only two people knew what it was (they oohed and ahhed), but it was gobbled up. very creamy, but not soggy--i followed advice of the person who said to REALLY beat the cream. used three packages of the soft ladyfingers from the store, dried overnight. also, used part espresso for the liqueur (and a little more of both), and let it sit a day before eating. next time, thinking about adding a little cocoa powder to the custard to make it overall more chocolately (and thicker, too). very good recipe! easier than you'd think!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
Very very good. Maybe cut down on the cayenne a bit if you don't like it too hot. Soupy--more like REAL jambalaya than other recipes I've tried--a bowl is good with a thick hunk of bread. My husband loved it, and he's pretty picky about authenticity. This one goes in the Make Often recipe box. ;-)
