Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter
I picked up the top sirloin from Costco they were almost 2" inches thick. I found this to be too thick when other guests requested well done, no matter how charred the outside was, inside it was still bloody runny. I think this will work a lot better next time when I use thinner cut top sirlons. Also I find that if I didn't marinate it with sprite at least overnight it wasn't tender. I will try dr. pepper overnight marination next time to make it tender.
