About this Cook
Stayed in the States for a year as an aupair back in 2003. Back in Germany since 2004. Studying since in Bremen.
My favorite things to cook
Chicken Pasta Vegetables Fish - though I cook it only sometimes
My cooking triumphs
To have my boyfriends family love my "Sauerbraten". I was really proud of myself because when cooking it first it didn't come out the way it should have.

Chicken Tikka Masala
I just made this dish as today's dinner. I reduced the salt and will have to add some more spices to make it more spicier next time. My boyfriend came into the kitchen asking if he could eat it just as it was at that point, without rice or anything else on the side. He just loved the smell that was filling the air. Will definitely make this again!

Dill Sauce
I liked it. Used less mustard though. Served it with this salmon: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Garlic-and-Dill-Salmon/Detail.aspx I really liked it and will definitely keep the recipe.

Garlic and Dill Salmon
It's was delicious. Even my boyfriend who's not a big fan of fish liked it. I served it with couscous (as someone recommended before), some zucchinis and this dill sauce: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Dill-Sauce/Detail.aspx I will make it again!
