I was an aupair back in 2003/2004 and am studying in Bremen, Germany since my return. But there's still some "typical" american dishes that I love. So I just had to register here to get them ;-) I love cooking chicken, pasta and all those veggies I like. Would love to cook way more fish, but thanks to my boyfriend who's not into fish that much, I rarely do. To have my boyfriends family love my "Sauerbraten". I was really proud of myself because when cooking it first it didn't come out the way it should have.
