Ultimate Frozen Strawberry Margarita

I absolutely loved this recipe. I rimmed my glasses with sugar, and was not disappointed. I woke up this morning with an almost hangover!!

This was an awesome recipe. My fiance` told me were out of pancake mix, so I found this recipe, and it was much better and lighter than my aunt jemima pancake mix any day of the week. Later we found the store mix in the fridge(lazy man), but we were not sorry. I will definitely use this one again.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

OMG!! This was some awesome cornbread!! My friend tasted it and told me that this one was better than my last one. I laughed because I was always make Jiffy cornbread and modify it to make it sweet and moist. So, imagine my surprise to learn that my homemade one was better than Jiffy?!! Definitely a keeper.

Authentic, No Shortcuts, Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

These were some awesome red beans. I made no substitutions, except for how long they cooked in the slow cooker; and that's only because I forgot about them and fell asleep. They cooked for like 13 hours on low and were super duper creamy!! This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Hands down, the best cake ever. I took it to a 4th of July cookout, and they devoured it up immediately. I tried the mini chocolate chips like someone else mentioned, and will keep using those!!!!

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

This is the best frosting I've ever made. That being said, it was still slightly "softer" than I would have like. I think I'll put it in the fridge for a while next time. But, definitely a keeper

15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme

My entire family loved this meal. For those who talked about the rice not being cooked, I wonder if they used regular rice instead of instant. I used regular, but I cooked it until it was almost cooked before adding it to the mixture. We used ground turkey and turkey italian sausage. This is definitely a keeper!!
