This dessert was a hit, I had 3 apples and 2 cups of rhubarb on hand and it was still delicious. If I was to make it again I would cut back to 1/4 cup on the sugar and probably double the nutmeg, just based on our personal preferences. Everyone loved it and it was so easy to make!
