Sweet Corn Bread
I changed up the recipe a bit, following the recommendation of adding 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1 can of cream styled corn. I kept everything else the same, however. The recipe says that you only need to bake it for 20-25 mins but I had to keep my batch in for about 40 mins. I thought it came out a bit dry and my sister also agreed. Next time I think I will add a tad more of sour cream. It was still pretty good though and everyone enjoyed them! Thanks for sharing!
