These cookies were pretty good. I cut the ingredient list in half. They were enough to feed 4 hungry people. These cookies expand while they're in the oven so be careful to not put them too close to eachother. These should be cooled for at least an hour to two hours.

I followed this recipe exactly, except for adding raisins. I thought the cookies came out somewhat tasteless. I didn't experience any crumbling, however, as some has mentioned.

I changed up the recipe a bit, following the recommendation of adding 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1 can of cream styled corn. I kept everything else the same, however. The recipe says that you only need to bake it for 20-25 mins but I had to keep my batch in for about 40 mins. I thought it came out a bit dry and my sister also agreed. Next time I think I will add a tad more of sour cream. It was still pretty good though and everyone enjoyed them! Thanks for sharing!
