Awesome flavor - I used spiral pasta and cooked chicken in Buffalo sauce rather than using cajun spices - When chicken mixed with sauce - it added a kick and really good tang flavor. Was a big hit at a dinner party.

Wow...I've made this about 6 times for my boyfriend in 2 months. He loves this. I added a brown sugar/pecan crunch topping...awesome recipe.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

This recipe was the easiest and tastiest steak dish. And all of the past comments about adding brown sugar, doubling sauce and letting meat sit out for a little while before cooking really worked. Thanks all. I can't imagine having steak any other way.

Southwestern Turkey Casserole

This was a big hit for a christmas party. I made three modifications - I used a smoked turkey breast (de-boned), added black beans and rotel tomatos. Lots of requests for the recipe!!!

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Great burger, very moist. I warmed up the bacon so before putting on the grill. I think I'll try without the egg - eggs tend to make the burger prone to falling apart.

Big Smokey Burgers

Wow - great flavor. I was a little worried about the adobe & chipolte chile but it really added a nice flavor - not super spicey. I wrapped the burger in bacon - an idea from another recipe. This is a keeper!
