I did like others have suggested and put the green peppers in at the last hour and added some red pepper flakes. This came out AMAZING! I could actually taste all the ingredients not just a hogepodge of stuff. Very good thank you for the recipe.

Blonde Brownies I

Sometimes you just want something sweet and yummy. This was incredible. I did bake in cornningware and baked it for 40 minutes until toothpick came out clean. DELICIOUS! and gone.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

My friend gave me a whole cauliflower and I wasn't sure what to do with it. Well this came out great especially for " cauliflower" and healthy. Pretty simple and easy to make. I did place the ingredients in a bowl instead of a bag but the cauliflower didn't get completly covered. Next time, I will try the bag and see what happens.

Carrot Cake III

I absolutely love this recipe and so does my boyfriend. I just put 4 cups of grated carrots instead of the listed 3 cups. For special occasions I do a double layer with icing in the middle and it is always a hit. Thank you so very much for this recipe.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

well I am a true beginner. My boyfriend and I both loved it tremendously and all he could say all day was that the house smelled great. I did this recipe yesterday morning at 430 am before going to work. I followed the recipe except that I only used one can one cream of mushroom and then fill it up with water and added the rest of the required water. I did have to add some cornstarch/water to the gravy to thicken it. Next time, if I have the time, I will sear it and see what happens.
