Monte Cristo Sandwich - the Real One
Wow. I used to get this at Bennigans all the time. This tasted just like it! The batter heavily coats 3 sandwiches. I used american and a little cheddar cheese. I heated the oil in a med sauce pan, about 3 inches. Using tongs, lowered the sandwich in and turned it halfway through cooking. I skipped the powdered sugar and dipped it in honey dijion!! Best sandwich ever! Next time I might try it with fresh french bread.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
This is a great recipe to go from. I cut the chicken halves in half again, generously drizzled with honey, lightly (mustard is strong!) spread with honey dijon, topped with bread crumbs, added a few slabs of butter and sprinkled with some mozzerella 5 min before it was finished. Dubbed "Kickin Chicken" by my family!!

Chicken Fried Chicken
So good! I tenderized the chicken first just with a fork and I served it with white country gravy. Delicious! Better than cracker barrel!!
