Cedar Plank-Grilled Salmon with Garlic, Lemon and Dill
Delicious and easy. I made this for my dad and family on Father's day. Everyone loved it! The slightly smoky flavor of the cedar plank really adds to the salmon. My mom never thought she liked salmon until she had it like this.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This recipe deserves 6 stars! I have made this artichoke and spinach dip several times, always to rave reviews. I do not change anything about this recipe when I make it. It's just as good or better than any dip of this type you can get in a restaurant. Beware! You won't be able to stop eating it!

Tomato Cucumber Salad with Mint
This salad is great! Very refreshing. I have a lot fresh mint growing this summer and I was excited to see this recipe and use some of my mint. I did use half the amount of mint like others suggested.
