Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing
was too oily for me but with a little tweaking I lowered the calories and upped the flavor. I added 1 T of the rice wine vinegar, 1 T water, 1 extra T lemon juice and added 1 grated carrot. Oh and most importantly I used sesame oil instead of olive.
