Excellent recipe, simple and straight forward, the rice flour is essential.
Another way of making glazed walnuts is pan cooking the walnuts on medium heat with sugar until the sugar melts and fully coats the nuts. I used a quarter cup of sugar per cup of nuts ratio, add more or less depending on how much sweetness you want. For another twist, adding a dash of cinnamon or toasted sesame seeds is also effective.
I also found that adding a tsp of lemon juice to the mayonnaise and condensed milk mixture brings out the sweet and tangy taste of the sauce.
