Hello, my name is Mike, Im 13and I have been cooking for only about a year.I love doing a big breakfast for the family on Saturdays and bringing out the shrimp for a formal get-together. I love cooking Italian and have created an number of innovative pasta recipes. Outside of the kitchen I love playing Tennis, baseball and golf along with shooting billiards in my spare time. Big Saturday breafasts : anywhere from ----- eggs; pancaces; cream chipped beaf with fluffy biscuits; bacon; sausage; potatoes (variation of style and cooking); toast ... of corse not all in one meal, but this is the list I choose from when I cook for a big Saturday breakfast.
