Emily's Famous Apple Pie
This recipe is simply amazing. It's easy too. I lay all the apples in the crust and then sprinkled the sugar mixture over it and then tossed to coat.

Coconut Macaroons
Great flavor but this recipe needed more dry ingredients. Also the macaroons were hard to get off the cookie sheet even when warm. I had greased and floured my cookie sheet!
