Sugar Coated Pecans
I've made these many times, they are no-fail. I use 2 egg whites, add 1 tsp. vanilla, and I double the cinnamon but the recipe is fine without those changes as well. Great on those lettuce salads w/ bleu cheese, cranberries or cherries, etc. Would make a great gift too, who wouldn't want these in their pantry?
