Sugar Coated Pecans
I've made these many times, they are no-fail. I use 2 egg whites, add 1 tsp. vanilla, and I double the cinnamon but the recipe is fine without those changes as well. Great on those lettuce salads w/ bleu cheese, cranberries or cherries, etc. Would make a great gift too, who wouldn't want these in their pantry?

Sweet Onion Pie
Very good, and easy! I pre-baked the crust as one reviewer suggested, earlier in the day. Mixed the rest of the ingredients and kept them in the frig. (Chopped the onions, rather than sliced them for easier eating). Put it together and baked it while company was having cocktails. Delicious.

Oatmeal Crispies II
Love these, I even substituted smart balance olive oil spread for 1/4 of the butter. This recipe doesn't require minute oats, even regular will do. Doesn't get any easier than this one-bowl recipe.
