Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
Like everyone else, I modified the recipe a bit b/c it seemed almost too plain. I added a cup of whole wheat flour, a cup of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of vanilla, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of nutmeg and I used 4 bananas instead of 2. I baked this recipe about 30 minutes ago and both loaves are almost gone!!! LOL I would recommend "creaming" the sugar & butter, and slowing adding the eggs one at a time. Also...watch your bake time. My loaves baked for about 45-50 minutes, and they were done.
