Middle Eastern Rice with Black Beans and Chickpeas
WOW! These spices all mix so well and it's so flavorful without being overpowering. It's so easy to make too! I did make a yogurt dip that some one else suggested with two 6 oz cups of plain yogurt, the juice and zest from half a lemon & some of the fresh cilantro. We had a friend over for dinner and she loved it and so did we!
