Married, 2 childen, one daughter, one son, one doggie(now an angel in heaven) 2/8/10. I love to cook, it is like therapy to me. Very relaxing. I don't really have any family cooking traditions of my own, just with my family (parents). Which I still participate in every year. I wish my children would take an interest in cooking, I would love to teach them. Occasionally my son will take over for the night, but it is always something simple. Hey, I'll take what I can get. Anything that my DH says that I am the Queen of....(blueberry pie, lasagna, etc.) Well, I guess my biggest problem is, I seem to wind up undercooking some cuts of meat....I know, it's fixable, and I think it's done enough, but, sadly no. We sometimes wind up finishing things in the microwave.
