Easy Granola Bars
We followed the recipe with the following substitutions: walnuts for almonds, chopped dried cherries for cranberries, and mixed mini choc chips and white chips for the mini chips. We all loved them. They set up perfectly.

Baked Spaghetti
I have made a version of this for years and is a family favorite. I sometimes substitute italian sausage for the beef. I always use the cottage cheese.

Smucker's(R) Snowball Cookies
I made these cookies for my husband and son in law and they both said they were the best cookies. I used grape seed oil instead of light olive oil. I "dusted" the cookies with sifted powdered sugar instead of "rolling" them (it was easier).
