The best tortilla soup! I used Mild Rotel for the tomatoes, real chicken broth (added superior touch chicken broth), shredded turkey, no cilantro (didn't have it). So wonderful, thank you.

Karin, We (friends at work) really enjoyed your recipe. I made 2 different Irish Soda Bread recipes for St. Patrick's Day and preferred yours; it was light and delicious. I did not add anything extra (I usually add raisins and caraway) and thought it was tasty just the way it was. I wrapped it in foil overnight and it was moist the next morning. Thank you for sharing.
