Chili I
I just made this for Halloween night. It is delicious! I have always made a tomato-based chili, and was looking for something different. This recipe didn't disappoint.

Sauteed Apples
This is so simple to make, and so good. I make this for breakfast most weekend mornings, with eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. My kids love them. When you make these minus the corn starch (but keep the water in), it makes a pretty good topping for ice cream - as long as you get it to the ice cream before is turns into candy in the pan. Thanks for sharing!
