Corn Fritters
very delicious! thanks for posting the recipe...i couldn't find mine since i moved lol. ( i was out of baking powder, so i used 1/2 tsp each bak. soda & vinegar to substitute) i read the reviews and gonna try the apples next time, and add some xtra sugar, and cinnamon too :)

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup
omgawd! that was AWESOME! so easy and delish! i made it w/ veg. bullion cubes, and dried onion bits...i was out of everything...lol. i added leftover rice which had a bit of chinese 5 spice in it from last nights dinner. YUM! however, i think my stock was boiling TOO MUCH, so next time i'll turn down so it's not a 'rolling boil' and the eggs will be a little bit larger. PERFECT!! thank you!

Deviled Eggs I
this recipe is so good! just about the way i make mine. i use prepared mustard, and a little more mayo, and i find if i mash the eggs while they're still warm-ish, they come out much smoother. 1/2 of my family likes sweet relish, the other hates it...lol. so, i make both. on the ones without relish, i put slices of black olives. on the ones with, i put sliced green olives (w/ pimentos) on top. it looks fancy and tastes really good! i always put a bowl of both olives on the side. thanks for posting this!
