My favorite things to cook
Soups and cookies are my specialties. I'm looking forward to tacking on cheesecake as well!

Russian Tea Cakes III
These cookies always remind me of my childhood. We'd make them for Christmas and put them out for Santa, and I hope to pass this delicious tradition on to my children. They're a great addition to any party as well!

Ratatouille
This ratatouille is probably one of the heartiest dishes I've ever had, and it's only made with vegetables! I like to pack on a LOT of parmesan cheese-- it adds a really nice flavor. The juices from the tomatoes drip down through the layers of the ratatouille, making it very succulent and flavorful. I recommend this easy dish to anyone and everyone, especially vegetarians looking for a hearty meal!

Skillet Herbed Chicken with Mustard
This dish is absolutely amazing! I'm normally not one for tarragon, and I may add a little less next time, but this is probably one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had. I recommend serving it with ratatouille on the side to complement. The mustard is so sweet, yet it has just the right amount of spices for a wonderful taste-- and it's so easy to make!
