Good dish, very clean tasting, surprising good flavors. I marinated in eeoo, lime juice and garlic salt and browned the chicken filets in the marinade... would be better to put cooked bacon on the chicken before cheese to add super flavor... that would make this a 5 star.

VERY GOOD! Made the recipe exactly as listed, however, in addition I topped with chopped wasabi/soy almonds from Blue Diamond. Excellent addition!
