I didn't give this out as a gift but I made them with all organic ingredients (except the butterscotch chips) and they were really good! I work for an all organic farm so I used a mixture of spelt, kamut and oat flakes instead of the rice crisp and they turned out great!

I work for an all organic farm and made these cookies with all organic ingredients and they turned out wonderful! I brought them for all my co-workers and they were eating them all day. I used organic whole white spelt flour and they went flat and chewy and then used organic lightly sifted spelt flour and they turned out fluffy and cake like. I'll be making these again!
