Original Homemade Italian Beef
Y-U-M! The ONLY thing I changed was the water for a can of beer. Served the beef on buttered, toasted hoagie rolls with provolone. Soooo good!

Shrimp Fried Rice II
Excellent! This recipe was almost exactly how my favorite chinese restaurant makes it. And since I've moved 1,500 miles away, now I can make it, since nothing around here compares! Thank You. :)
