Cajun Chicken Pasta
My husband I are are not huge pasta fans, but this was great and I want to make it again and again. I used sour cream, as another suggested rather than cream. And, actually, the only sour cream I had was already mixed with salsa from a previous meal. I used it anyway and it turned out so delicious. I forgot the parmesean cheese but didn't notice until after the fact when I came back to rate this 5 stars!!
