Chicken Enchiladas V
Yummy, however, wished I had used corn tortillas. I also poured a can of red ench sauce over the top prior to adding the cheese. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
Perfect week day dinner! I added a brown gravy packet, one packet of onion soup mix and lots of fresh mushrooms. I used baby carrots to save some time and they work perfectly! Also, I didn't brown the meat prior and it was amazing! Thank YOU for the great recipe!
