Super Bowl Bites
We loved these!!! I made them exactly as written. Leftovers were awesome as well. I wrapped two in a damp paper towel and microwaved for 30 seconds. My 6 yr-old daughter wanted them for breakfast the next morning!!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs
I am giving this 5 stars for the method. I used bottled BBQ sauce because it was quick and easy. The meat fell off of the bone...amazingly yummy!!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These are amazing cookies!! I have never been a big fan of "gingerbread" but I have been dreaming of these since I made them last weekend. They are bliss with a cup of coffee. I used a small scoop and got 4 dzn cookies. I did add an extra 1/4 cup of flour. I did not roll them in sugar and thought they were perfect!!
