Overnight Vegetable Salad
I really loved this dish. I brought it to a potluck and most people enjoyed it. However, next time I make it, I'm going to either add more beans or vegetables, because the sauce definitely overpowered the vegetables.

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip
I really loved this dip, but I also love extremely spicy foods. I would suggest that if you don't like spicy foods, cut down on the chilies and peppers, and substitute with a milder pepper.

Sweet Onion Corn Bake
I don't even know where to begin. I guess I wasn't expecting it to be absolutely amazing, but it definitely was. I brought this to a potluck and it was gone within 20 minutes.
