i was simmering garlic and jalapeno before adding my kale and it started to burn.. i took it off the burner but it started to release a toxic gas into the air and burn my lungs causing a 10 min coughing spell!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
i dont think my beans were dry enough b/c my burger was not very dense.. my meat loving husband loved them!
