My name is Emma and I'm 16 years old. I have always loved baking, but only recently have I started cooking seriously and considered making a career out of it. My partner is an apprentice chef and we always cook together, but secretly I'm a better cook than him and he knows it ;D I have a strong interest in herbs for some reason, they make cooking fun. I previously worked as a hairdresser and hated it. First thing I did when I quit was cut my pretty long nails off and got my hands dirty making a big fat chocolate cake haha yes please!! Currently looking for a chef apprenticeship so if anyone knows of something let me know. Angel Food Cake, Curry Puffs, Roast Vegetables w/ Rosemary and Basil, various vegetarian dishes. I beat ten egg whites to fluffy perfection with a hand-beater when I made my first angel food cake I FAIL at cookies.
