Lemon Layer Cake

This is a really good cake. I made it for my parents in law, with Meyer lemons from their tree, and they loved it so much that they saved the leftover lemon filling to use in some future dessert. It is worth the time and effort. It received rave reviews!

Strawberry Dream Cake I

This cake was awesome! I brought it to a potluck dinner, and people were commenting on how great the cake looked before I even reached the front door! It looks great with fresh strawberries on top, and the cake has a wonderful, refreshing flavor. This one is a keeper.
