Made this one without mushrooms, added extra cheese and sauteed white onion instead of scallions. Turned out great but may try it with sour cream instead of yoghurt, the yoghurt tasted slightly gluey...if that's the right word. Easy to make and good tasting, though.

I made this to take on a picnic this weekend and it was a huge hit. I picked it because I wanted a fruit salad without some of the fruits a lot of people complain about in fruit salad (melon, apple, banana). Everyone loved it and had seconds. I will say that I added an extra nectarine and next time I will not add all of the liquid to the cream cheese mixture as it came out a little too thin--more of a drizzle than a dollop. Great tasting, even the second day!
