Look no further! This recipe is super easy and incredibly delicious. My problem before was adding liquid. Follow the instructions as listed and DON'T be tempted to add liquid. Prepared it today and this was the best pot roast I have ever made. Plenty of au jus that is not greasy. **My modifications: Vegetable oil instead of olive oil, more onions (I used FOUR!), no bay leaves** Thank you for sharing this recipe!

I had misplaced my Spinach Ball recipe and knew that I would find it on this site! Made them today exactly as written in this recipe and they were delicious. I made two cookie sheets to serve and sent the unmade mix home with a guest along with the recipe! The recipe is back in my home file as well as saved in my allrecipes.com recipe box. Thanks!

This was delicious. I was in a hurry when I found this web site (what a gold mine !!) so I made it as instructed. After reading comments from others I see that there are other suggestions that I might try next time. I will definitely make it again. Beth
