Baby Back Ribs
These ribs were absolutely wonderful! I did take other reviewer's advice and use the BBQ dry rub from this web site, and followed the recipe exactly. I, unfortunately, used another reviewer's advice and put the ribs in the broiler at the end...big mistake. I had them in there for 8 min, and they started to turn black. The original recipe oven times work just fine. They were so awesome, and I raved about them so much, my mom made them the next day, and my parents said they were the best ribs they ever had (she too used the rub). My husband wants me to make them again next week already! Thanks for the keeper!!
