Chewy Cocoa Brownies
I was dissaponted by this recipe. The brownies were very cakey - not fudgy or moist at all. The recipe also called for large amounts of cocoa and sugar which I didn't find too economical.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
Wow! This was the first time I have ever made pizza at home and it was so easy! The crust was incredibly quick and simple to make, rose up nice and thick, and tasted great. The only change I made was substituting canola for olive oil. Will definitely be making again.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I added a touch more milk because the batter was pretty thick, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla as other reviewers recommended. The pancakes were sweet and (by my pancake baking abilities) pretty fluffy. I really liked this pancake recipe and will definitely make again!
