Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style
I have made this twice already and both times it was a hit! I prepared it in a casserole dish and baked for about 40 minutes. Really yummy and topped it with lots of cheese!

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries
I made this for company and it was a big hit! A bit stressful to prepare it during the middle of the meal (prepared batter beforehand but filled muffin cups while clearing the table) but I think my guests felt it was worth the wait.

Classic Pub Style Nachos
Simple and fun to make. We added some chopped up green peppers and omitted the extra guacomole and sour cream. I made this with a group of kids and they ate it all up!
