Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Wow, this is GREAT ice cream, and is so easy. It tastes lighter than some of the others, which we really liked. I might actually use a little more mint next time. I agree with others that the base would be great for cookies and cream also. We all loved it.
