Winter Vegetable Hash
I absolutely love this recipe. So hearty. I used rehydrated shiitakes and peppers, and it was still incredible. Superb.

Baked Kale Chips
Super easy recipe. They all disappeared in one sitting between my man and I. I did find, however they do get stale if you make them ahead of time. Great way to fix all that abundant kale form the garden! Lots of vitamins and fiber!
