I'm currently in nursing school so any "free time" I have is VERY valuable to me lol. Since I tend to bake when I'm nervous I can usually be found baking something in the kitchen late at night on the night before an exam. I tend to try out new recipes on my nursing school classmates so now I'm known as the "baker" within my circle of friends:) cookies, cakes, & desserts....I have a huge "sweet tooth!" Mom's Peach Cobbler!! Sooo good and very easy to make! When I made my own version of Key Lime cookies and my roommate's mom raved about them. She used to bake professionally and is one of the best cooks I know so it was a huge compliment that she liked them so much! I tried to make cinnamon rolls from scratch for the first time not too long ago. Needless to say I killed the yeast. My poor roommates could only stomach a couple bites. It was a sad day lol.
