Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
this was amazing. i understand that everyone raves this recipe but i was still a little iffy about it because im not a big fan of cheescake or cinnamon. but it was truely fantastic. it is even better if u let it cool for a long time. for us that was overnight. it being in the fridge for only a few hours wont get the cheescake part hard enough. it was a little sweet for me, not my boyfriend though, so you could cut down on the sugar in some places. also seriously so easy to make! like ridicoulsly easy. and i just put the rolls down and didnt' press or anything and it came out good. so wonderful recipe and please try! i had to literally hide it from my boyfriend he was getting sick eating to much of it. very good recipe for a big group like pot luck or something,

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
i wonder if i made it wrong because honestly i was not impressed. maybe cause im not that big of a fan of swiss and i should have used provolne instead but something about the sauce was off. actually made me sick. again could have used a different white wine but i like all the things in this and was very disapionted and i dont know how since everyone seems to love this. only good thing about it was that it tasted like chicken and ham. it wasn't even worth tring to see what i did wrong.

Lori's Spicy Chipotle Lasagna
We, me and my boyfriend, loved this recipe!! we didn't add any zucchini and put about six chipotle peppers in instead of one because we like spicy food but other than that we did everything like it says and it was awesome! it makes a lot.. and like some people said kinda over flows on a 13 by 9 pan but that was fine with us! its not very noodly either but i like that to because you can taste the other stuff so much more. seriously have to try this recipe!~
