I actually made my own dough and used minced garlic, sea salt and olive oil. Rolled the dough into a rectangle, used a pastry brush to smear the garlic/oil mixture and then cut the dough into strips. I then twisted (they look like rolls instead of knots) and baked on a foil lined cookie sheet.
