I made this recipe yesterday, and it was excellent! Everyone enjoyed it. It is a keeper! The only thing I had to do differently was to cook it longer. Turned out great....thank you!

I have to agree with sassyoldlady with cooking it with a pork loin. My son thought I had used cocktail sauce in the recipe. I thought it had to much of a horseradish taste. Although I did open a new jar of horseradish, so it may have been strong since the jar was just opened. Thanks for sharing your recipe, I'm always looking for new recipes to try.

I made this as the recipe read tonight. I felt that the sour cream did not need to be used and to much bread. Thanks for sharing....I'm always looking for new recipes to try.
