Tangy Baked Apples
I have to agree with sassyoldlady with cooking it with a pork loin. My son thought I had used cocktail sauce in the recipe. I thought it had to much of a horseradish taste. Although I did open a new jar of horseradish, so it may have been strong since the jar was just opened. Thanks for sharing your recipe, I'm always looking for new recipes to try.
