Roast chickens and turkeys, Indian curry, Pancit, fried chicken, anything else that I have ingredients for! The big Thanksgiving Day meal is my biggest family cooking tradition. Although now I am the only one who still goes through the effort to make a really elaborate holiday meal. I guess my Mother and my Aunts are tired of the work... Any recipe that comes out the way it should is a triumph! And maybe my Chili recipe too :) wax paper is my nemesis, Not really a cooking tragedy with it, I just seem to forget that it is there. Usually I remember after the first couple of bites.
