Sangria! Sangria!
I cut the sugar in half- other than that it's great! i make this lal the time now! I double the recipe and use a bottle of zinfandel and a bottle of shiraz. turns out perfect every time!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
Very quick and easy! Like others, i used non-fat cream cheese, low-fat milk and only half the butter. I added more garlic powder for flaver (i'll try fresh garlic next time) and I used a little more salt and shredded parmiggiano regiano instead of grated parmasean. I served it over multi-grain pasta with salmon, asparagus and zuccini. it was great!! i will make it again. I can only imagine how great it would be if I used the fatty stuff! :)

Baked Lemon-Basil Pasta
This recipe was tasty, but a little dry. Also, this is for well more than 4 people. Adding milk to the leftovers improved the dish. I also added auteed onions in the butter/oil after cooking the chicken. I put the spinach in the sauce and used more than it called for. At least a full cup of spinach is better for this, would be great adding other veggies as well.
