Well I started cooking at a young age. The first thing i learned to cook was over-easy eggs. I worked my way up from there to cooking recipes ranging from chicken casserole to chicken with Garma Marsala vinaigrette. I have a great passion or cooking, and i never get enough of it. Although i still think the best part of it is taking the first bite of what you have made. My favorite thing to cook is paella. It is a Spanish dish using saffron. I love to make it because it has an amazing taste that fill you up, and you can tinker with the recipe all day to make it your way.
