My husband is not one to try new things. He always buys pork steaks at the store and we bake them EVERY time. Boring....so I started dinner before he got home and the look one his face was not a very interesting one. I asked him what he thought after he took his first bite and was amused when he didn't even answer me until his 3rd bite when he finally managed to say it was wonderful before devouring the rest of his dinner. So I would say this was definitely a big hit!!

I love this recipie! Being pregnant leaves me with not a lot of choices at this time of what I can eat (nausea). Eggs have been an easy dish my stomach can handle. I've been eating scrambled egges until I found this recipie and it I love it! I fix them all the time and now my 14 year old enjoys them every morning before headed off to football practice. Wonderful. May try using butter later, but for now I'll keep it just the way it is!
